Position Location Details: You will be able to work from your home location in the United States.

Purpose And Scope: The Analyst, Corporate Strategy will focus on complex problem solving and growth opportunities in core and adjacent markets. The role requires excellent data analysis and problem solving skills, knowledge of Strategy discipline, good business acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Specifically, key responsibilities will include: conducting strategic analyses and developing business plans for various product and service lines, facilitating integration of these plans into strategic planning process and problem solving of complex and high-impact issues.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of concepts and techniques as a highly skilled specialist.
  • Complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.
  • Work independently on complex assignments, demonstrating initiative to resolve issues.
  • Make recommendations for new procedures.
  • Participate in planning, preparation, and execution of communications.
  • Act as a facilitator when needed.
  • Research industry trends and conduct strategic analyses.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to explore, evaluate, and analyze ideas.
  • Translate ideas into opportunities worth investing in.
  • Develop business and strategic plans in collaboration with the executive team.
  • Present business plans to senior executives.
  • Facilitate prioritization and selection of new investment opportunities.
  • Source ideas from internal and external sources such as employees, industry analysts, and market scans.
  • Assist in developing long-term transformational strategies to pursue new opportunities and adapt to changes in the healthcare market.
  • Enhance strategic skills across the organization by advising leaders and sharing best practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Review and ensure compliance with the Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and applicable laws.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Private Equity industries.
  • Quantitative skills in market analysis, scenario modeling, and business plan development.
  • Proven success in identifying opportunities that create measurable business value.
  • Strong inductive and deductive thinking abilities.
  • Ability to identify critical components of problems and implement practical solutions within organizational constraints.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with executives effectively.
