Job summary

Kuvare is seeking a Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst to support capital raising, M&A, and strategic analysis. You’ll gain hands-on experience with transaction execution, work closely with senior leadership, and impact major corporate initiatives across the organization.

You will build robust financial models, prepare memos for the Board, and coordinate with investment banks and advisors. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
• Build and maintain financial models, including DCFs, comps, and precedent transaction analyses.
• Assist with financial, operational, and strategic due diligence.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate with external advisors, including investment banks, consultants, legal counsel, and accounting firms.
• Support enterprise strategic initiatives, long range planning, and market assessments.
• Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with business units to evaluate organic growth initiatives and develop business cases.
• Develop clear, data driven insights to inform executive level decision making.
• Assess potential strategic investments and new business incubations.
• Create high quality executive presentations and analyses.
• Support post transaction tracking and integration efforts, as applicable.
• Assist with special projects related to corporate strategy, performance improvement, and transformation initiatives.

About the role

The Corporate Development & Strategy Analyst will support key corporate initiatives, including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic analysis. This role provides hands‑on experience in transaction execution, direct exposure to senior leadership, and broad insight into the organization’s business operations.

What you'll do

Capital Raising and M&A

• Support the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments

Qualifications

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field1–2 years of investment banking experience or 2–3 years of experience in corporate development, strategic finance, transaction advisory, or related rolesStrong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillsAdvancedproficiencyin Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Preferred

• Prior exposure to capital raising and M&A transactions
• Experience preparing materials for senior executives or investment committees
• Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, or data visualization tools
