Job Details

Job Title: Contract Analyst II

Responsibilities

1. Accurately enter contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system.
2. Maintain assigned supplier contract files and foster supplier relations with appropriate contacts.
3. Act as the primary contact for assigned suppliers; support efforts to resolve invoice inaccuracies.
4. Establish and maintain contract documentation files within the MetaStorm system.
5. Validate contract maintenance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and update the database accordingly.
6. Maintain exception reports analyzing pricing and membership information; perform data analysis as needed.
7. Analyze contract discrepancies, identify issues, and coordinate resolution efforts with internal departments and suppliers for complex cases.
8. Support EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers, as required.
9. Collaborate with management, suppliers, and other departments to improve processes.
10. Work with distribution centers to troubleshoot and update contract discrepancies related to membership and pricing.
11. Identify and resolve discrepancies related to supplier contract issues.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Salary Range

$42,600 - $60,940 (National Average). Actual salaries may vary based on location, with adjustments for specific states.
