Toyota North America is seeking an Analyst, Commercial Audit in Plano, TX. You will support the Commercial Services portfolio by processing loan payments and wholesale charges, and by reporting status to management.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and strong customer service to dealers and field sales teams. Reporting to the Commercial Services Audit Supervisor, you will ensure daily activities align with policies while maintaining documentation and preparing management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related fields, or 2+ years of related professional experience in banking or auto finance.
• Ability to see connections, trends, and patterns not obvious to others.
• Ability to understand, integrate, and implement workflow and analytic solutions as they become available.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good follow-through on information requests with strong time management.
• Ability to explain situations clearly and provide recommendations to management promptly.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments requiring accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review daily activities of the Commercial Services Portfolio to ensure systems reflect all loans and charges.
• Research and resolve suspense items and loan exceptions promptly.
• Collect and process all payments related to dealer wholesale and commercial loans.
• Ensure wires are processed to dealers in accordance with policies and procedures, timely.
• Obtain approvals and maintain appropriate documentation for filing.
• Report heightened risks or unusual situations to management and appropriate parties.
• Respond to dealer questions via phone and shared inbox within department expectations.

Who We’re Looking For

Toyota’s Commercial Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst, Commercial Audit.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide superior customer service to our (TFS/LFS/PLG/BPSFS) dealers and the Field Sales Team. In this role, you will collect and process all loan payments and wholesale charges by their respective due date while reporting status to management.

Reporting to the Commercial Services Audit Supervisor, the person in this role will support the Commercial Services department's objective to be responsible for the daily activity of the wholesale dealer portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing daily activities of the Commercial Services Portfolio to ensure systems accurately reflect all loans and charges.
• Ensuring suspense items and loan exceptions are researched and processed/resolved in a timely manner.
• Collecting and processing all payments related to dealer wholesale and commercial loans.
• Ensuring wires are processed to the dealers in accordance with policies and procedures and are completed in a timely manner.
• Obtaining approvals and maintaining appropriate documentation to file accordingly.
• Reporting heightened risks or unusual situation to management and appropriate parties.
• Responding to dealer question via phone calls and shared inbox within department expectations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related fields, or 2+ years of related professional experience in banking or auto finance.
• Ability to see connections, trends, and patterns that are not immediately obvious to others.
• Ability to understand, integrate, and implement workflow and analytic solutions and directives as they become available.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to have good follow-through on requests for information/support with strong time management.
• Know when to escape issues and can clearly explain the situation and provide recommendations to management in a timely fashion.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy, focus, and composure under pressure.

Added bonus if you have

• Previous experience with auto finance systems.
• Previous experience with commercial finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
