This position strengthens the collection team, part of accounts receivable/collections. Main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of AR, clarifying accounts, resolving disputes, using websites to upload invoices, and providing excellent customer service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer delinquency and communicate accordingly
  • Handle special processes for customers (upload invoices, POs, statements, etc.)
  • Follow up on open items related to customer billing and disputes
  • Visit customers and travel as required

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Experience in service industries or companies
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of SAT regulations
  • English language skills are desirable
