Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an Analyst in the Capital Markets division focused on industrial assets in Denver. You will perform market research, financial underwriting, and preparation of client proposals, market memos, and offering memorandums.

You will build financial models, valuations, and development pro formas, supporting the deal team through due diligence, LOIs and closings. A strong foundation in finance and real estate with 1–3 years of experience is preferred, along

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within real estate or capital markets.
• Proficient with technology to quickly learn new platforms and databases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.
• Prepare financial models, property and portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, and development proformas.
• Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and underwrite using market data.
• Prepare pitch decks (BOVs) and submissions for transactions, including research and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets to develop client presentations, investment proposals and financing options.
• Support due diligence and drive marketing and closing processes for each transaction.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic real estate solutions to clients, conducting market research, and assisting in financial analysis. This Analyst role will concentrate on investment sales and equity placement of industrial properties with critical involvement in every stage of a transaction, including financial underwriting, preparation of client proposals and offering memorandums, market research, property tours, term sheet and LOI negotiation, due diligence, and closing. The Analyst will work in a high-energy, team-focused environment.**Primary Responsibilities:**· Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.· Prepare financial models, property and portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, and development proformas.· Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and utilize market and JLL data / comps to correctly underwrite a transaction.· Prepare pitch decks (“BOVs”), investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.· Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to develop comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, client packages and develop and recommend financing alternatives.· Assist in the due diligence process and be the driving force in the marketing and closing processes for each transaction· Stay informed about industry developments, trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide critical insights and recommendations to clients and team members.· Understand, review, and summarize real estate documents (leases, loan documents, rent rolls, operating statements, property budgets, appraisals, surveys, environmental reports etc.)· Participate in weekly meetings with Producers to discuss pipeline, deal status, market conditions, new client leads.**Qualifications:**· Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Applicants graduating in May 2027 will not be considered.· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.· Strong research and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.· Ability to be an independent self-starter with a team player attitude.· Strong writing skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.· Excellent communication and presentation skills.· Proficient with technology to quickly learn new platforms and databases.· Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.· Knowledge of capital markets and real estate investment principles.
