Job summary

  • Demonstrated client relationship management and business development in CRE.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within timeframe.
  • LEED GA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans with timely monthly reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance; prepare reports and present strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards across operations.
  • Implement tenant satisfaction program; meet regularly with tenants.
  • Oversee bidding for third-party services and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Foster learning and professional development within the property team; support career advancement.
  • Communicate effectively with building owners and tenants; manage relationships.
  • Perform any other duties per Management Agreements and local ordinances.

Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.* Implement tenant satisfaction program, meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful program* Oversee competitive bidding process for all third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with JLL standards* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members' career advancement and skill enhancement* All other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations.**Required qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field* 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industry, preferrable Class A office space* Strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports* Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sector* Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Valid real estate license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe**Preferred qualifications:*** Real Estate License required within six (6) months if not currently licensed* Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials* Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate**Location**: On site during normal business hours and available for emergency response, or as neededThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
