Job summary

TMF Group in New York is seeking an analyst for capital markets to join our Treasury, Loan Administration and Accounting teams. You will help set up bank accounts, process wire transfers, manage loan lifecycle, and support month-end close and financial reporting for securitization entities.

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task are essential. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2–3 years of experience are required; the role offers opportunities for global collaboration and career

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury functions: setting up and maintaining bank accounts, reviewing and initiating wire transfers, and cash management tasks.
• Support Loan Administration: day-to-day management of loan deals, bi-lateral and syndicated loans, and post-settlement events; LOANIQ knowledge is a plus.
• Support Accounting: month-end close, financial reporting for securitization entities, and building/analysing financial models for ABS programs.

We're looking for an analyst for capital markets, for our New York Office!

Key Responsibilities

Support Treasury function, including:

• Setting up and maintaining bank accounts
• Reviewing and initiating wire transfers
• Various treasury/cash management functions

Support Loan Administration, including:

• Day to day management of loan deals including bi-lateral and syndicated loans
• Support trade lifecycle from closing, funding, and post-settlement events
• Knowledge of day count conventions, interest rate calculations, amortization schedules, amendments, and assignments
• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
• LOANIQ experience is a plus

Support Accounting function, including:

• Financial reporting, including completion of the month-end close process and preparation of financial statements for securitization entities
• Build financial models and perform financial analysis to track the performance of ABS programs
• Cash management including building and running periodic waterfall models and preparation of settlement and/or investor reports.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as needed.
• Various other ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
