This position will understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization and helps takeRegistration to World Class via strategic, measured, and intentional methods of improving the team. The ideal candidate in this role will have excellent written and/or verbal communication, analytical skills and demonstrate ability to think critically and operate somewhat autonomously.
Business Analysts will be able to synthesize findings through root cause analysis and/or data analytics, knowledge from previous projects and relationships with business partners in order to recommend, facilitate and drive process improvements. Analysts will see the process through from start to finish in terms of gathering data, communicating with stakeholders, implementation, and post-implementation plans.
