Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Under broader supervision, provides analysis on medium scope business requests with some ambiguity. Supports larger departments, small to mid-size state plans, functional areas, projects, or portions of larger projects.
• Proven ability to formulate initial summaries and broader recommendations.
• Completes intermediate deliverables with an understanding of requirements gathering, process modeling, testing, etc.
• Recognizes obstacles that require attention and solves routine medium-scope problems. Engages supervisor or manager for roadblocks or concerns.
• Supports projects with moderate cross-functional impact and team organization.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Required Experience

2-5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred License, Certification, Association

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
