We are seeking an Analyst to join our fast-paced Securities & Document Management team. The Analyst is a highly motivated individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The Analyst will be responsible for the review of bridge, commercial, and conventional loan documents for compliance procedures. This role is based out of our Warrenton, Virginia office.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review of bridge, commercial, and conventional loan documents for compliance utilizing prescribed procedures.
• Review and input data as necessary into various spreadsheets and systems.
• Audit legal documents.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
• Prepare loan document inventory list and assignments as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at once.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Minimum experience of two to three years with a mortgage lender, title company, or real estate law firm processing mortgage loan closing documents.
• Possess a working knowledge of mortgage loan documents, UCC Financing Statements, and preparation thereof.
• Paralegal experience is desirable.
