Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret a client's creditworthiness, evaluate credit risks, and prepare credit approval memos for acquisition financings.
  • Conduct financial modeling, credit analysis, and support internal stakeholders to execute new transactions.
  • Support underwriting tasks, including analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Work with investment banking and capital markets colleagues to create approval documents and analysis for credit approval.
  • Assess clients’ financial performance against historical data, projections, and industry standards.
  • Assist in underwriting, credit risk analysis, negotiation, and closing of transactions, adhering to policies.
  • Build projection models based on various data points.
  • Conduct due diligence with clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of financial analysis and modeling experience for Analyst; 2+ years for Associate.
  • Experience in corporate credit, capital markets, or investment banking.
  • Ability to explain assumptions in financial models.
  • Proficiency in LBO modeling.

Pay Transparency and Benefits:

Salary range: $85,000 - $92,500 annually, based on experience and skills. Eligible for discretionary annual incentives.
