Job summary

First Class Air Support is actively seeking an Analyst in Asset Strategy to bolster the Asset Strategy team. The role focuses on evaluating aviation assets through data analysis, workflow automation, and deployment of BI and AI tools to drive efficiency and strategic decision making.

The candidate should have a data analytics mindset with 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to manage asset evaluations and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, supply chain, product management, or a related analytical role.
  • Basic understanding of structured data and data management principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
  • Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of process automation concepts and workflow optimization.
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts including ROI, gross margin, profitability, NPV, cash flow, and other business metrics.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Takes initiative in daily work and improvement projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, customers, and vendors

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and develop workflows related to asset evaluation with an emphasis on automation and continuous process improvement.
  • Create, maintain, and improve documentation for business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate on asset-related projects while effectively managing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
  • Assist with aircraft and inventory evaluations through data analysis and the use of emerging technologies.
  • Analyze inventory, sales activity, and product data to support strategic asset decisions.
  • Develop list and reports that assist sales team to support their customers and maximize inventory turns
  • Support data cleanup initiatives and assist in preparing aircraft evaluation and financial models.
  • Assist with technical requests related to aircraft.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence and business intelligence tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support company initiatives by implementing technologies that enable teams to scale project intake while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Review opportunities for procurement of stock using data driven decision
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

First Class Air Support is seeking a motivated and analytical Analyst, Asset Strategy to join our Asset Strategy team. This individual will support the evaluation and management of aviation assets through data analysis, process improvement, and automation. The ideal candidate is technology-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to leverage business intelligence and Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
