Job summary

Fusion Staffing Partners seeks an Asset Management Associate to support analytical and portfolio management activities within an aviation-focused investment team. The role covers aviation special situations, financing, leasing and asset acquisitions as part of a $7B AUM portfolio.

You will perform capital structure analysis, build and leverage financial models, and develop dashboards to support investment decisions and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record.
• 2+ years of portfolio management, asset management or strategic finance experience.
• Aviation finance or aircraft leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated capital structure analysis and advanced financial modeling skills required.
• Strong data and risk analytics knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills with the demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, create dashboards and build analytical tools.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Power BI, Tableau or other BI tools a strong plus.

Responsibilities
