About the Role

The Commercial Integrated Care Analytics team supports DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC), which manages approximately 70,000 ESRD and CKD patients across the U.S. The team develops advanced data analytics to improve program performance and care models.

Responsibilities

1. Write SQL queries to support analytics and generate insights from medical claims data.
2. Create reports to monitor care team performance and identify areas for improvement.
3. Analyze medical costs and trends to understand their impact on outcomes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and analytics requirements.
5. Design communication materials and reports for leadership and internal stakeholders.
6. Develop executive presentations in PowerPoint to communicate performance insights.
