Lovett Industrial seeks an Analyst to identify opportunities, underwrite acquisitions, and support development from pursuit through lease-up in the Southeast region. You will work with leadership to source industrial land, run financial analyses, and support transactions end-to-end.
The role emphasizes relationship-building with brokers and landowners, due diligence coordination, and collaboration across multiple teams to drive investment success.

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant underwriting, acquisitions, development, and/or real estate finance experience
We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and executing transactions. Working directly alongside local leadership, you will play a critical role in sourcing industrial land opportunities, underwriting acquisitions, and supporting development projects from pursuit through lease-up.
