Job summary

MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC in New York is hiring an Accounts Payable Analyst to support AP operations, vendor management, and system implementations.

You will reconcile vendor statements, manage AP aging, collaborate with Procurement and Finance, and help drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and internal controls. This is an on-site role focused on timely close and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems.
• Strong vendor management and statement reconciliations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate accruals are recorded.
• Review and enhance AP procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
• Support training and development of AP team members.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management and other departments to ensure vendor information is accurate.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

Who are we hiring?

The Accounts Payable Analyst will follow AP processes and support the implementation of new systems and vendor relationship strategies. The Accounts Payable Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in accounts payable operations and plays a key role in ensuring process efficiency, accuracy in vendor aging, and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.

What do you need to succeed?

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems required.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, and statement reconciliations.
• Proven ability to support process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Pay Range

$65,000—$90,000 USD
