Our client base includes the full range of financial institutions from local thrifts to international investment banks. We also serve equity investors, as well as accountants and attorneys for estate planning and litigation support.
The training program is defined as an independent, yet supportive environment in which the junior analyst will acquire skills in real estate finance, market analysis, and commercial investment analysis. The position involves a mixture of desk and field work, with new challenges and opportunities presented as the analyst builds a body of knowledge.
The focus is on-the-job learning, as analysts will be responsible for managing their own caseload, seeing assignments through to completion. Therefore, this position is best suited to an ambitious individual who enjoys problem solving and is able to focus on the details while never losing sight of the big picture. Further, the ideal candidate has strong research and analytical skills, and is an effective communicator.
