You will build financial models, perform research, and help prepare marketing materials and analyses. A bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 1+ year of relevant experience are required.

The Analyst is an integral part of the M&A team providing support for investment banking engagements and transactions. This position will work closely with senior team members on projects including business sales and divestitures, acquisitions, and recapitalization. Providing hands‑on and real‑world experience, the position will allow for career growth and professional development across business, financial analysis, communications, marketing, and sales skillsets. The Analyst will be given increasing responsibility over time and high performers can expect career advancement opportunities.
