Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret operating statements, rent rolls, and leases for a variety of commercial and residential properties
• Prepare financial models and reconciliations using Excel
• Manage and organize the collection of due diligence
• Draft and prepare Investment Committee memos
• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Skills, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required
• 0-1 years of experience related to commercial real estate experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

Salary: $55,000-$75,000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000-$75,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
