Job Title: Analog/RFIC Design Consultant

Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RFIC Design Consultant to support a cutting-edge communications hardware initiative. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact program focused on connectivity through advanced chip design.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement efficient, high-performance RFIC and analog blocks.
  2. Develop core analog circuits such as LDOs, bandgaps, current sources, and op-amps.
  3. Support transceiver chain integration and assist in PLL design and validation.
  4. Perform RLC extraction and run corner simulations to ensure robust performance across PVT variations.
  5. Collaborate on test plans for silicon validation and production readiness.

Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of experience in analog/RFIC design, preferably in advanced process nodes.
  2. Strong understanding of CMOS, FinFET, SOI, or BiCMOS technologies.
  3. Proven experience designing and validating analog blocks in full custom environments.
  4. Proficiency in mixed-signal verification methodologies.
  5. U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or legal authorization to work in the U.S. (required due to export control regulations).
  6. Remote work permitted for U.S.-based candidates.
