As an Analog Design Engineer at Marvell, you'll join the Central Engineering business group, which provides advanced analog IPs to all Marvell divisions, including Data Center, Networking, Automotive, Storage, and Security.

You will be part of a key analog team that significantly influences the organization and the field of High Speed SerDes Links.

What You Can Expect

In this role, you will collaborate with system architects and a global team of circuit and physical designers to develop top-tier serial links for various applications. Your work will span research and development of cutting-edge circuits and hands-on design of key analog components such as PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, DACs, CTLE/Filters, TX, RX, and CDRs.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of direct analog design experience, with experience leading complex blocks or projects preferred.
• Expertise in analog design areas such as ADC/DACs, Front-Ends, CTLE, PLL, Timing circuits, CDRs, SerDes.
• Ability to collaborate across various teams including layout/physical design, system architecture, digital design, and validation.
• Strong skills in analog layout in deep submicron technologies and supervision to achieve high-speed performance.
• Excellent debugging skills to support test plans and full-cycle IP and product validation.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

128,160 - 192,000 per annum

The starting salary will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions. This range may be adjusted based on market factors.
