Jobgether is seeking a Mid-Level SEO Analyst to drive organic growth across large-scale platforms. You will perform technical audits, optimize crawling, indexing, and site structure, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content teams.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de SEO Pleno based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Level SEO Analyst, you will help drive organic growth by improving the technical performance, visibility, and discoverability of large-scale digital platforms. You will identify technical SEO opportunities, translate complex diagnostics into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content teams to implement impactful improvements. Your work will cover crawling, indexing, site architecture, web performance, and organic search analytics, while also supporting visibility across emerging AI-powered search platforms. You will contribute to app discovery and acquisition through App Store Optimization (ASO), using data-driven experiments to improve app listings and engagement. This remote-first opportunity offers the chance to influence product decisions, strengthen SEO practices across teams, and deliver measurable business results in a dynamic digital marketplace environment.

Accountabilities

• Technical SEO Audits: Conduct technical SEO assessments across digital platforms, identifying opportunities related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, rendering, and performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and SEO Content teams to prioritize SEO initiatives, manage backlog items, and monitor implementation progress.

• Technical SEO Requirements: Define SEO requirements for new pages, product features, platform migrations, and ongoing product improvements.

• Organic Performance Monitoring: Track organic traffic, click-through rates (CTR), search rankings, indexing status, Core Web Vitals, and performance across different page clusters.

• Technical Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations covering canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data, crawl budget optimization, and internal linking.

• Crawler and AI Agent Analysis: Analyze crawler and AI agent logs to identify access issues, improve discoverability, and uncover indexing opportunities at scale.

• App Store Optimization: Support ASO initiatives with app teams, optimizing listings on Google Play and the Apple App Store to improve app acquisition and engagement.

• ASO Experimentation: Conduct and support Store Listing Experiments, Product Page Optimization tests, Custom Store Listings, Promotional Content, and In-App Events to improve listing performance and audience targeting.

• Reporting and Insights: Prepare reports and executive presentations highlighting organic performance, technical findings, growth opportunities, and recommended next steps.

• SEO Knowledge Sharing: Strengthen SEO best practices across internal teams through training, documentation, guidelines, and ongoing knowledge sharing.

• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate SEO initiatives based on potential business impact, technical effort, and strategic relevance, ensuring resources are directed toward the most valuable opportunities.

Requirements:

• Technical SEO Experience: Previous experience in technical SEO, preferably working with large-scale websites, marketplaces, classified platforms, e-commerce businesses, or digital products with high page volumes.

• Technical SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, web performance, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical SEO best practices.

• SEO Tools: Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Botify, Semrush, Similarweb, or equivalent tools.

• App Store Optimization: Practical experience with ASO, including Google Play Console and/or App Store Connect.

• ASO Testing and Optimization: Familiarity with Store Listing Experiments, Custom Store Listings, Product Page Optimization, or comparable app listing optimization techniques.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to investigate fluctuations in organic performance, identify technical issues, interpret data, and uncover growth opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, particularly Product, Engineering, Data, and Content.

• Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise, actionable recommendations that stakeholders can understand and prioritize.

• Organization and Planning: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, document analyses, track progress, and communicate status, impact, and next steps.

• Business Acumen: Understanding of how to prioritize initiatives based on expected impact, implementation effort, and strategic business objectives.
