Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an emergency department locum physician for Albany, Oregon. The assignment features 10‑hour shifts (6a‑4p, 1p‑11p, 8p‑6a) in a busy ED with an average of 70 patients daily. Expect general ED procedures, trauma backup, and no on‑call requirements, with housing, travel, and malpractice coverage arranged.

The role emphasizes streamlined credentialing and privileging, plus a dedicated recruiter handling every detail and dedicated online portal for assignments and time entries.

• 10 hour shifts covering 6a-4p, 1p-11p, and 8p-6a
• Average 70 patients per day
• Emergency department setting
• General ED procedures required
• Acuity average ESI level 3.28 with majority level 3 and 4
• Trauma surgeon backup available
• No call requirements

• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
