Job summary

CompHealth connects physicians with flexible locum tenens assignments across the United States. We handle credentialing, housing, travel, and malpractice coverage so you can focus on patient care.

Daily rounding with night, weekend, and STEMI call coverage; 20 patients per clinic; 6–10 new hospital consults daily; inpatient setting with clinic component; procedures and readings required; we arrange housing/travel and provide a recruiter to manage details.

Responsibilities

• Daily rounding with night, weekend, and STEMI call coverage
• 20 patients per clinic session once clinic is established
• 6 - 10 new hospital consults per day
• Inpatient hospital setting with clinic component
• Procedures required -- echo, stress tests, stress echo, nuclear studies
• Reading echos and nuclear studies required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
