Job summary

Three Link Solutions is seeking an AMS Payroll Consultant to support and optimize Workday Payroll configurations across multiple client environments. You will troubleshoot, configure business processes, and advise on best practices while collaborating with delivery teams.

You will own client relationships, manage priorities, and contribute to knowledge sharing. This is a remote, full-time role across US and CAN, with a strong focus on client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting Workday in a post-go-live, managed services, or consulting capacity.
• Strong functional knowledge Workday Payroll.
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, and condition rules.
• Experience gathering requirements, explaining system behavior, and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Payroll across multiple client environments, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, helping them understand system capabilities and adopt best practices.
• Manage workload and client priorities independently, meeting service levels and expectations.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with root-cause analysis and coordination with internal teams.
• Support Workday release management by reviewing tenant updates and adjusting configurations.

We support each other, share what we know, and hold ourselves to a high standard - because our clients are counting on us to get it right.## About the RoleAs an AMS Payroll Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor and functional expert for clients who are live on Workday. Your primary focus will be supporting and optimizing Workday Payroll configurations in production environments. Day to day, this means resolving functional issues, advising on best practices, configuring business process changes, and helping clients adapt their Workday setup as their business evolves.You will work directly with client Payroll teams to understand their operational challenges and translate them into practical Workday solutions. You will also collaborate with internal delivery teams and escalation resources to ensure timely, high-quality service.In this role, you will own your client relationships and manage your own work across multiple accounts simultaneously. You will need to bring your own structure, set your own pace, and make sound decisions with limited oversight.
