Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an AMP Manager to shape and deliver high-impact educational strategies across DePuy Synthes education programs. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, and Learning teams to drive customer engagement and field effectiveness.

You will collaborate to ensure data-driven, scalable education initiatives aligned with business priorities, helping to improve product adoption and commercial growth in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in commercial education/training or related functions.
• Experience leading education programs in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of commercial education strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Design scalable training programs and learning content for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Partner cross-functionally to align education initiatives with commercial strategy and market needs.
• Use KPIs to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
• Provide coaching and SME guidance to team members and partner organizations.
