Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field)
• Advanced degree (MBA, MA/MS, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in commercial excellence, education, training, or related functions
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Experience developing and executing training or educational programs in a regulated environment
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading programs, projects, or processes aligned to commercial strategy
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of commercial education strategies aligned with business priorities
• Design scalable training programs, educational content, and learning systems for internal teams and healthcare professionals
• Partner cross-functionally to align education initiatives with commercial strategy and customer needs
• Utilize KPIs to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve educational programs
• Drive data-driven insights to optimize targeting, engagement, and learning outcomes across stakeholders
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members and partner organizations
