Job summary

Baker Hughes in Oklahoma City is seeking an AMO Technician to assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot electro‑mechanical devices. You will read blueprints, follow procedures, solder and wire components, and document maintenance records to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

  • Have a High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or minimum 2 years of relevant industrial experience (airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or similar).
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to interpret technical drawings and follow structured procedures.
  • Have basic electro‑mechanical assembly and soldering skills.
  • Have basic computer proficiency for documentation and system updates.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.

As an AMO Technician, you will play a key role in assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting electro‑mechanical devices. You will interpret technical drawings, follow formal procedures, and ensure equipment is built and serviced to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient execution.

As an AMO Technician, you will be responsible for:
