  • Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and component traceability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and field service teams to support tool readiness and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree (AAS/AS) in Electromechanical Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related discipline – or equivalent technical training and career experience.
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with electromechanical, hydraulic, and downhole tool or similar systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, and test documentation.
  • Working knowledge of electronic test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with standard measuring tools and torque‑controlled assembly.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and test data entry.
