Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Tampa, FL is seeking an Ammonia Terminal Operator to ensure safe loading and unloading of ammonia and to perform general operations and maintenance at our non-union facilities. The role features a 12-hour shift schedule and requires adherence to EHS policies, PPE, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in chemical or industrial settings, basic tech skills, and the ability to obtain TWIC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred (tech school a plus).
• Experience in Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations is highly preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand basic English; basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental policies; wear PPE and report incidents promptly.
• Train and demonstrate competency in SOPs and maintenance procedures.
• Operate and monitor ammonia loading/unloading with attention to equipment and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement in operations.
