Job summary

tggaccounting is seeking an Industrial Field Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to service commercial and industrial refrigeration across a territory. You will handle field service calls, maintenance, and repairs on walk-ins, display cases, ice machines, and larger systems.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–4pm, with overtime and a take-home company vehicle plus fuel card. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off. EPA Universal Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently in the field.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Rack experience is a bonus, not required.

Location

Travel will be in a specific territory, not nationwide or multi-state!

**Opportunity to earn $3,000–$5,000+ per week depending on experience and hours worked (up to $180k+/year!!)

What the job looks like:

This role is field-based, working on a variety of commercial refrigeration equipment across multiple sites. You’ll be in the field handling service calls, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.

You’ll be working on:

• Walk-ins, reach-ins, and display cases
• Ice machines and similar equipment
• Refrigeration systems with integrated controls
• Larger or more complex systems as your experience grows

Schedule

Monday–Friday, full-time 7am to 4pm. Overtime hours available!

What you bring:

• Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration
• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently in the field
• EPA Universal Certification
• Rack experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• A solid work ethic and reliability — this team depends on each other

• Strong hourly compensation: $35–$60/hour based on experience + up to 20+ hrs of OT per week --- Total comp ~$125k to $180k+/yr!!!!
