Lactalis American Group in Tulare, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service ammonia refrigeration equipment and uphold Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA requirements. You will follow established procedures under the guidance of the Utilities Manager to keep systems safe and compliant.

Qualified applicants have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints, P&IDs, and ladder logic.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Understanding of Anhydrous Ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs and ladder logic.
• PLC experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Follow ammonia refrigeration procedures to service and maintain equipment.
• Maintain PSM documentation and ensure compliance with PSM and EPA requirements.
• Perform daily PMs on equipment and conduct boiler tests and condenser treatment tests.
• Troubleshoot ammonia compressors, air compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, and associated components.
• Ensure safe operation and report any ammonia leaks as required.
