Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED and RETA CARO certification in ammonia operation.
• Experience: 5 years in industrial manufacturing maintenance, preferably in automated food processing.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair ammonia refrigeration systems and related equipment.
• Conduct daily chemical testing of condenser cooling water and log results.
• Provide emergency troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Follow PSM, RMP, GMP and OSHA standards and procedures.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals; create/modify preventive maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate repair operations with production supervisors; ensure safe operation.
