Job summary

IR Pros is seeking an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to service clients throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. The role involves installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting ammonia-based refrigeration systems in industrial settings.

The technician will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency service calls, emphasizing safety, reliability, and customer service across the service

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in refrigeration or HVAC is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and safety regulations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
