Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking Maintenance and Refrigeration Technicians to maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and related equipment in a fast-paced processing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex systems, and work with plant personnel to meet safety and production goals.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in industrial ammonia refrigeration, RETA Operator 1 certification (2/3 preferred), and basic CMMS skills, with willingness to operate across shifts and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience
• RETA Operator 1 certification required; Operator 2/3 preferred
• Must pass HAZ-MAT and Emergency Responder training
• Basic computer skills and CMMS usage
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various temperatures

Responsibilities

• Maintain ammonia refrigeration and related systems with minimal supervision
• Perform robust preventive maintenance and refrigeration repairs
• Conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs and troubleshoot equipment
• Collaborate with plant personnel to meet safety and production goals
• Support Emergency Response Team training and readiness
