Job summary

George’s Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration Operator - Level 2 to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on ammonia refrigeration systems at our Cassville facility.

The role requires hands-on expertise with compressors, pumps, and condensers, along with a solid understanding of the refrigeration cycle and safety policies. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in refrigeration or maintenance, RETA CIRO certification or eligibility, and the ability to obtain a state High Pressure Steam

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent and 5+ years in Refrigeration or maintenance.
• RETA CIRO certification or ability to obtain.
• Ammonia refrigeration experience (2-stage system).
• Pass and maintain state High Pressure Steam Boiler License.
• PSM understanding and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on ammonia refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot refrigeration systems and components as needed.
• Assist with boiler and steam system maintenance.
• Conduct quality checks and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
