Job summary

Monroechamber in Franklin, WI is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance / Ammonia Refrigeration Technician to support refrigeration, facility, and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ammonia refrigeration experience and strong troubleshooting skills are required.

The role is 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am) with a wage of $38.85/hour plus $1.00/hour shift differential. Join a team that maintains ammonia systems, HVAC, boilers, and related facilities, utilizing CMMS

Qualifications

• Ammonia refrigeration experience required
• Hands-on maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, pumps and related systems
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and possible weekends/holidays
• Certifications and maintenance tools as listed in the ad

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration, facility, and production equipment
• Troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems and coordinate with outside contractors as needed
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot with mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams
• Operate CMMS to document work orders and parts
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
• Follow safety policies (LOTO, NFPA 70E, GMPs) and food safety requirements
• Participate in training and shift meetings
