IHG Mechanical, a leading provider of industrial refrigeration solutions in DFW, TX, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of full-time Industrial Refrigeration Foreman. YOUR ROLE AS AN INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION FOREMAN:

As the Industrial Refrigeration Foreman, you'll leverage your skills to oversee and manage a team of four to six installers. Collaborating closely with the director of construction, you'll ensure project specifications are met and timelines are adhered to. Additionally, you'll be responsible for procuring and receiving all necessary materials and equipment for each project, ensuring your team has everything needed to succeed. Your leadership and organizational abilities will play a pivotal role in the success of your crew and the company as a whole.

In this full-time position, you'll typically work 10-hour days, five or six days per week.
