Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of AML/sanctions data experience.
• Experience with Python, SQL and BI tools.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AML and sanctions data to identify trends, exceptions, and patterns.
• Support the development of dashboards, recurring reports, and data visualizations for monitoring and issue tracking.
• Collect, clean, and reconcile data from multiple sources to improve completeness and consistency.
• Apply Python and analytics tools to organize datasets, automate repeatable tasks, and support process improvement.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs that help teams understand AML and sanctions activity.
• Document data logic, assumptions, and procedures used in reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate across project teams to gather requirements, validate findings, and adjust outputs based on feedback.
• Learn and apply Firm and regulatory standards while contributing to client support tasks in a banking environment.
