Job summary

PwC is seeking an Analyst to analyze AML and sanctions data and support dashboard development for client decision-making in a banking environment. You will collect and reconcile data from multiple sources, apply Python and analytics tools to automate tasks, and translate business questions into actionable analytics.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience, with preference for coursework in data analysis, statistics, or BI, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzing AML and sanctions data to identify trends, exceptions, and patterns that support client decision-making.
• Supporting the development of dashboards, recurring reports, and data visualizations for monitoring and issue tracking.
• Collecting, cleaning, and reconciling data from multiple sources to improve completeness and consistency.
• Applying Python and analytics tools to organize datasets, automate repeatable tasks, and support process improvement.
• Translating business questions into clear analytical outputs that help teams understand AML and sanctions activity.
• Documenting data logic, assumptions, and procedures used in reporting and analysis.
• Collaborating across project teams to gather requirements, validate findings, and adjust outputs based on feedback.
• Learning and applying Firm and regulatory standards while contributing to client support tasks in a banking environment.
