Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, AML Global Payment Network Advisory, to act as a second-line risk leader within the AML program. You will advise lines of business, drive compliant design, and partner with executives to identify and mitigate regulatory risks across programs.

This hybrid role requires strong project management, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable policies and training for teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of project or process management experience.
• At least 3 years of AML compliance or Financial Services Risk Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience partnering with internal business clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing input on business regulatory requirements.
• Providing guidance on business policies, standards, and procedures.
• Developing and leading department training, as appropriate.
• Providing AML advice on complex projects.
• Directly engaging and influencing business stakeholders to ensure AML requirements are appropriately addressed and adhered to within the line of business.
• Able to set direction, manage expectations and lead cross-functional teams.
