Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an AML & Reporting Analyst to support AML, BSA, CTF, and regulatory reporting programs. You will analyze customer activity, perform sanctions screening, conduct investigations, and assist in policy improvements to strengthen the compliance program.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, familiarity with AML frameworks, and experience with reporting tools. Regular full-time position with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent and 1–2 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of AML/BSA/CTF and regulatory reporting requirements, including SARs.
• Proficiency with data analysis, reports, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AML investigations, transaction reviews, sanctions screening, and due diligence (CDD/EDD).
• Prepare and support SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory filings.
• Maintain case records and documentation for compliance activities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor AML compliance and risk.
