Job summary

IQVIA seeks an experienced Medical Science Liaison to support a late-stage AML program, engaging investigators and hematology/oncology professionals to advance patient care and clinical development objectives.

The role emphasizes scientific exchange, data communication, KOL partnerships, and advisory board support. Willingness to travel up to 70% and operate in a field-based setting is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required; PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP, NP, PA or equivalent strongly preferred from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience or relevant clinical experience within hematology and/or oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hematology/oncology with demonstrated therapeutic area expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical information to diverse audiences including physicians, researchers, and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, academic investigators, community hematology/oncology leaders, and priority institutions across the territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions regarding AML and hematologic malignancies.
• Communicate complex data clearly to diverse external stakeholders including physicians, researchers, and pharmacists.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and other medical activities as appropriate.
• Document scientific interactions and insights accurately in CRM or insight management systems.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical literature, congress data, trial designs, and emerging approaches in hematologic oncology.
