Job summary

ACA Group seeks an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring for private funds. You will perform detailed reviews, assess ownership structures, and escalate high-risk matters as needed.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in AML/KYC and experience with institutional investors and complex structures. CAMS certification is preferred or willingness to obtain. We offer a competitive compensation package and fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of AML/KYC investor onboarding or related private markets experience.
  • Experience reviewing institutional investors and complex structures.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg AML regime, Cayman Islands AML Regulations, and US financial crime principles.

Responsibilities

  • Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events.
  • Support execution of CDD/EDD following procedures and regulatory expectations.
  • Review investor documentation across corporates, partnerships, trusts, and regulated FI.
  • Analyze ownership structures and suggest valid alternative documentation.
  • Document onboarding conclusions with risk considerations and follow-ups.
  • Escalate high-risk files to senior reviewers as needed.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and SLA expectations across onboarding delivery.
  • Collaborate with team to maintain balanced file analysis and coverage.
