Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking an AML Investigator to review alerts and transactions, perform in-depth investigations, and support regulatory reporting in a hybrid, in-office-enabled environment. You will work with Compliance and lines of business to mitigate risk and maintain policy compliance.

The role emphasizes independent work, reporting accuracy, and ongoing process improvement, with a preference for related certifications and education. Training and development are possible as part of the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical ability and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review alerts or transactions to identify AML concerns.
• Provide regulatory reporting and reconcilements to comply with AML/CIP/OFAC requirements.
• Research using internal banking systems and open sources to support investigations.
• Escalate suspicious information to Compliance and LOB partners.
• Possibly perform end user testing and assist with associate training.
