Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Financial Crime Review Analyst to perform transaction activity reviews, investigations, and customer due diligence for potentially suspicious activity. You will help ensure regulatory-aligned reviews and support SAR and enhanced due diligence processes for higher-risk customers.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and flexibility to learn and apply new AML technologies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • 1+ year experience in financial services or financial crime compliance.
  • Knowledge of money-laundering laws (BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC).
  • Strong writing, analytical, communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Review alerts and perform investigations or enhanced due-diligence reviews.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of higher-risk individuals or entities.
  • Review potential matches with sanctions lists.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations (BSA, OFAC).
  • Assist in delivering financial crime consulting services to clients.
