Job summary

IQVIA is seeking experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program. The role involves field-based scientific exchange, data communication, and gathering insights into MRD, relapse risk, and evolving standards of care.

The MSL will engage investigators and healthcare professionals, support medical education programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic medical objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required (PharmD/MD/DO/PhD/NP/PA or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years of MSL experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of hematology/oncology experience with therapeutic area expertise.
• Proven track record in medical affairs, clinical development, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscapes and market dynamics.
• Ability to communicate complex science to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, Teams and digital engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and comply with site access and screening protocols.
• Familiarity with oncology trials and investigator-initiated studies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientifically robust relationships with KOLs, investigators, and institutions.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML and hematologic malignancies.
• Communicate complex data clearly to healthcare professionals and researchers.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Provide investigators with technical support for study development and site engagement.
• Capture field insights to inform Medical Affairs and launch readiness plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on research and marketing strategies.
• Maintain current knowledge through literature, conferences, and workshops.
