Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Compliance & Financial Crime Domain Intake contractor to shape upcoming compliance engagements. This fully remote, hourly role focuses on documenting practice areas, defining intake standards, and aligning engagements with regulatory expectations.

You will describe day-to-day workflows, share concrete examples of AI misinterpretations in compliance, and reveal the quiet, invisible aspects practitioners manage.

Qualifications

• Must have current practice in compliance and financial crime.
• Experience across KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, AML investigations, sanctions, and related areas.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Practicing or recently practicing compliance and financial-crime professional.
• Experience in KYC/CDD, transaction monitoring, AML investigations, sanctions, fraud, trade surveillance, conduct compliance, regulatory reporting, or compliance testing.

Preferred

• CAMS, CGSS, CFCS, CFE, CRCM, an ICA diploma, or FINRA registrations.
• Hourly contractor, Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
