Job summary

Collabera Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst - AML for an entry-level role, offering training in Transaction Monitoring and a defined pay range of $20–$24 per hour. The position is based in Orlando and supports a centralized team within Retail AML/Transaction Monitoring.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, reviewing data across systems, ensuring regulatory risk controls, and contributing to SOPs and training. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or AML-related areas is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to draft, proofread and analyze reports from multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Support centralized, high-performing team delivery for internal and external clients across locations.
• Assist planning and execution of project tasks, coordinate meetings and manage deliverables.
• Review data across systems and maintain regulatory risk compliance in AML, transactions monitoring and related areas.
• Generate AI use cases to improve quality and productivity.
• Contribute to SOPs, training, and cross-team collaboration under supervision.
